HRiday is the Human Resources club of NMIMS Bengaluru, built on the idea that understanding people is central to every successful organization. We provide a platform where students move beyond academic concepts to engage with real aspects of management: workplace dynamics, decision-making, and leadership.
Open to all backgrounds, HRiday brings together students who are curious about how people shape outcomes in organizations. Regardless of your career path, the ability to understand and work with people remains essential, and that is where we focus. WHAT WE DO
At HRiday, every initiative is designed to prepare students for real corporate challenges, not just academic understanding.
Top Talent: Top Talent simulates real recruitment processes through mock group discussions, personal interviews, and feedback sessions, helping students develop clarity, communication, and confidence under pressure.
Build-A-Business (Part of N’Conclave): Build-A-Business challenges teams to create a complete business idea from scratch, covering key aspects such as marketing, operations, finance, and HR. Participants develop and present their ideas, responding to real-time questions and scenarios evaluated by industry professionals. The experience provides practical exposure to how businesses are built, analyzed, and defended in real-world settings.
Talent Architect - the Flagship event: Talent Architect is a multi-stage experiential event that blends problem-solving, strategy, and creativity with high engagement. Through a series of interactive rounds, from analytical team-based challenges to fast-paced problem-solving and final roleplay presentations, students navigate business scenarios and present structured solutions in a dynamic setting. The event is designed to be both engaging and practical, allowing participants to experience real-world decision-making while enjoying the process.
HR Trends: HR Trends keeps students updated with evolving industry practices and workplace developments, encouraging continuous learning and awareness.
