Kausik Venkatesan is a communications and marketing professional with over 7.5 years of experience. He specializes in developing 360-degree communication campaigns, B2B IT marketing, content strategy, and event management. Kausik currently serves as the Internal Communications Lead at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre (SG GSC) in India, where he has successfully executed high-impact campaigns focused on CSR, Diversity and Inclusion (DNI), and ESG. He is also an advocate for workplace inclusivity, particularly for the LGBT+ community, and has worked on various policy changes. With a background in product marketing, Kausik has contributed significantly to branding, demand generation, and partnership management at Ceaselez Consulting LLP. He is a certified French language expert and passionate about volunteering. Kausik holds a PGDM in International Management from IMI, New Delhi, and a B.Tech from Amrita University.
