Dr. P. Lakshmi Prasanna is Associate Professor at NMIMS Deemed to be University and teaches Corporate Law and Management subjects at doctoral, postgraduate, and undergraduate levels. With diverse experience spanning academics, industry, and the judiciary, she has excelled in multidisciplinary fields related to business education and law. Her research interests focus on business management and law, particularly in corporate governance and human resource management, where she has contributed extensively through published research articles, case studies, and books. She has also conducted numerous management development programs covering topics such as law, management, ethics, work-life balance, stress management, and entrepreneurial skills like negotiation and networking.
