This quote holds true for all spheres of life, be it sports or business. Lakshya – The Sports Committee of NMIMS Bangalore, aspires to inculcate this fighting spirit and positive attitude among the budding leaders of tomorrow through sports. The committee aims to rekindle the quality of sportsmanship in students and provide them a platform to pursue their passion for sports. The sporting events are organized as a part of the NMIMS Sports League (NSL), which is kickstarted by an IPL-fashioned auction. Students who take up the role of Sports Managers for the four houses, not only get a chance to build strategies and bid for players, but also get to manage as many as 100 people throughout the year. Lakshya organises an array of sports such as Football, Cricket, Badminton, Table Tennis, Basketball, Throwball, Volleyball throughout the year.

In a year marked by challenges, Lakshya persevered, offering a diverse array of events to uplift and engage students. From the spirited Funathon to the serene Yoga Day celebration, we prioritized laughter and holistic well-being. Virtual battlegrounds came alive with BGMI, while Treasure Hunt ignited ingenuity. Fitness Campaign and Fit India Movement emphasized wellness. Culminating with Sportify, our PAN India Sports Management Event, we celebrated sportsmanship. As we navigate uncertainty, Lakshya remains committed to empowering our community. Together, let's rise above challenges and embrace success.
