Ms. Shraddha Chauhan is an accomplished academic and legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Professor at School of Law, NMIMS Bengaluru. She holds a B.A.,LL.B degree from KLE Society's Law College, Bengaluru and an LL.M in Criminal Law from The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS), Kolkata. She is presently pursuing her Ph.D. in Victimology at WBNUJS, reflecting her deep commitment to advancing research in this critical area. With over three years of teaching experience and one year of practice in criminal law, Ms. Shraddha combines practical insights with academic rigor.
