    Ms. Alisha Thomas is a postgraduate in Corporate Laws from Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Rights from Nirma University, Ahmedabad. She has qualified the UGC-NET examination and holds a Diploma in Business Laws and Entrepreneurship from Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Patent Law.
    With over Six years of experience in academia, Ms. Thomas has been engaged in teaching a wide range of subjects including Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Contract Law, Banking and Insurance Law, Company Law, Labour Law, Motor Vehicle and Consumer Protection Laws. She has several research publications in reputed journals and has presented numerous papers at both national and international conferences.
    She has participated in various Faculty Development Programmes to enhance her pedagogical and research skills and has completed several certification courses, including one on Artificial Intelligence and Creativity under the guidance of Late Prof. Shamnad Basheer, Competition Law from NLIU, Bhopal, Introduction to Intellectual property by University of Pennsylvania and Corporate and Commercial Law I: Contracts and Employment Law by University of Illinois Urbana-Campaign.
    Areas of interest: Intellectual Property Rights Law, Company Law, Banking and Insurance Law, Contract Law and Jurisprudence.
