Benny Pappachen is a seasoned legal professional and academic with over 16 years of industry experience in financial services and more than 11 years of expertise in business laws and legal consultancy. He has worked with leading financial institutions such as ICICI Bank, Edelweiss, Principal Asset Management, and Zurich Financial Services, gaining extensive knowledge in statutory compliance, business law, corporate governance, and financial planning. As a Visiting Professor at esteemed institutions like Jain University (MIME) and a certified trainer for NISM and CIEL, he has trained over 750 banking professionals and corporate teams on securities market operations, mutual funds, and financial regulations. Additionally, as a practicing advocate, he advises startups and corporate clients on legal compliance, contract negotiation, and regulatory matters through his consultancy, Guide and Lead Consultancy Services. Holding an LLM in Business Laws and specialized certifications in Intellectual Property and Cyber Laws, Advocate Benny Pappachen blends academic rigor with real-world legal expertise to mentor students and professionals alike.
