With over 12 years of experience in teaching Management and Commerce at both graduate and postgraduate levels, including 4+ years of online instruction, she have developed a strong academic and practical foundation. hold a PhD (awaiting defense) on the topic "Impact of Atmospherics on Buying Behavior in Organized Retail Stores in Bangalore" and an MBA in HRM from Symbiosis Pune. Additionally, she have a diverse background in IT recruitment, having worked as a Senior Recruitment Specialist. Throughout my career, she have taught at various prestigious institutions, contributed to curriculum development, and participated in numerous workshops, conferences, and research activities. Pratiksha Raval passionate about enhancing student learning through interactive events and fostering a deep understanding of marketing, international business, and e-commerce.
