Sameera has over 5 years of experience at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I have held multiple roles in Human Resources, including Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner, and Learning & Development Specialist. She have successfully led staffing efforts for the UK & Ireland, managed a team of 9, and spearheaded leadership training programs for over 6,500 employees. As an HR Business Partner, Supported strategic initiatives, facilitated change management, and conducted training for 400+ employees. She received multiple awards, including the Best HRO Award, and consistently achieved top performance ratings. Additionally, hold a Master of Management Studies (MMS) in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) from SIES College of Management Studies, Mumbai. she have also been recognized for my public speaking skills and leadership abilities.
