Shailesh Periwal is a finance expert with extensive experience in investment banking, M&A, and corporate finance. A Chartered Accountant with an MBA in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad, he has worked with Tata Steel, PwC, HSBC, and Wipro, specializing in business valuation, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making. As a Visiting Faculty at Christ University, he has taught Financial Accounting and Strategic Financial Management, mentoring students and delivering guest lectures at NMIMS and St. Xavier’s College. Recognized for excellence in both corporate and academic roles, he is passionate about finance education.
