Srinivas Mantripragada is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in Finance, Strategy, M&A, and Operations, having worked with Yahoo, Unisys, IBM, and PlaySimple Games. His expertise spans financial planning, controllership, taxation, IFRS, US GAAP, and financial systems. With 10+ years in academia, he has been a Visiting Professor at NMIMS and Christ University, teaching Financial Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting, M&A, and Tax Planning. He has also developed finance content for UpGrad and Manipal Institute of Banking. He holds a Ph.D. (Pursuing) from IIM Nagpur, an Executive Management Program from IIM Bangalore, and multiple certifications in International Taxation, IFRS, and Management Accounting.
