Srishti Banerjee is a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Professional with a strong background in psychology, mental health studies, and education. With an MSc in Mental Health Studies from King’s College, London, and a BA in Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore, she have extensive experience in providing queer-affirmative counseling, mental health services, and wellness coaching. As the founder of Identity: Beyond the Binary, she have created accessible mental health services for the LGBTQ+ community, conducted workshops, and delivered lectures across various educational institutions. Additionally, she have served as a school counselor and worked with various NGOs, focusing on child rights, mental health, and life skills development. Passionate about mental health awareness and inclusivity, actively engage in community outreach and mental health advocacy.
